We raise our cattle the natural way. We don’t push our animals to oversized feedlot weights, so our cattle finish around 900-1300 lbs. Which comes with huge benefits! Smaller cattle equals a manageable amount of beef, lower total cost, and less freezer space needed. You get tender, flavorful, beef; priced reasonably.

We Specialize in Angus Mix Breeds. We have found that cross breeding allows us to not only achieve the quality you know and love from Angus beef but also brings in the superior flavor and consistent marbling you get from smaller breeds like Dexters and Jerseys.
We selectively choose our cows from smaller breeds such as Dexters and Jerseys for multiple reasons. Not only because of their superior flavor and consistent marbling but for their exceptional maternal instincts and their lower weight does less damage to the land allowing it to regenerate faster. Better Grass = Happier Cows = Better Meat!
We raise our cattle naturally on pasture, without pushing them to oversized feedlot weights. This means they grow at a healthy, steady pace and finish around 1000 lbs, this is the way cattle were traditionally raised.
• Lower total cost
• Lower processing fees
• A more affordable entry point for first‑time or bulk beef buyers
You still get premium, pasture‑raised beef, just in a family‑friendly size at a budget most can afford!
You get the perfect amount for most families. A 1000‑lb Whole Beef typically yields:
• 630 lbs hanging weight
• 420 lbs of packaged beef
That’s enough to feed a family of 4 for a year without overwhelming your freezer space.
Most families only need:
• A standard chest freezer or small upright.
Smaller cattle make bulk beef accessible even if you don’t have a giant deep freezer.
Properly wrapped and frozen, your beef will stay fresh for 12–18 months.
Most families finish their supply well within that time.
1. Reserve your half or whole beef by paying deposit and signing a contact.
2. We will schedule processing with our local butcher or your butcherer of choosing.
3. We will take the livestock to the butcher for you! Once we have final weight you will pay any remaining balance due.
4. You choose your cuts (we will help).
5. Pay the butcher directly for processing when you pick up your bagged, frozen beef and take it home.
It’s simple, transparent, and local.
